Job summary

The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw-owned brand operated by Glentel Inc., inside Real Canadian Superstore, is seeking Mobilists to guide customers toward optimal mobile phone and rate plan options aligned with their lifestyles.

Join a team with opportunities to earn uncapped commissions, access maternity leave top-up, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing in-house training and development. Bilingual candidates are preferred to support a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile sales or telecom-based retail environments.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to explain complex plans clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced in-store setting and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Loblaw shoppers to recommend mobile, home and business solutions from leading brands.
• Demonstrate the PC Optimum loyalty program and help customers earn/redeem points.
• Learn carrier offerings, promotions, and pricing to communicate benefits effectively.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commissions with no cap on earnings.
