The Mobile Shop at Real Canadian Superstore, operated by GLENTEL Inc., is seeking Mobilists to guide Loblaw shoppers toward optimal mobile and rate plan options. You will become a Mobile Expert on carrier offerings and promotions, while participating in a high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in a retail telecom environment.
• Availability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Loblaw shoppers to offer mobile solutions from leading brands such as Bell, Virgin Plus, Rogers, PC Mobile, Fido and Chatr tailored to their lifestyle.
• Promote and help customers understand the PC Optimum loyalty program to earn and redeem points on purchases.
• Become a Mobile Expert on carrier offerings, deals, and devices to clearly communicate features and benefits.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets with uncapped commissions.
