Here’s where you come in… Walmart Canada has partnered with OSL to operate the +350 wireless kiosk locations across Canada, and we are growing fast! As a Wireless Manager, you are key to our success. That’s why we’re looking for a results-driven, hands-on manager to manage and develop a team of talented experts to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of wireless kiosk professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences across +350 locations in Canada in partnership with Walmart Canada.

Drive sales, service, and operational effectiveness, including budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, and retail metrics.

Recruit, coach, and manage personnel in accordance with Canadian employment standards; ensure effective performance management and succession planning.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders; present performance and strategy to leadership and field teams.

Qualifications
  • Retail management experience – in wireless or electronics, a definite asset
  • Proven ability to drive Team, Sales Results and Service, with operational effectiveness
  • Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
  • Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – we’re selling communications!
  • Good customer service instincts: Action to help first, eye for detail, problem solver
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
