Qualifications

- Ability to apply Harm Reduction and Housing First philosophies.
- Knowledge in the addiction and mental health fields.
Responsibilities
- Ensure immediate needs are met through provision of food, shelter, clothing, and personal hygiene supplies.
- Support individuals living in encampments and conduct wellness checks.
- Maintain core values regarding harm reduction, choice, equity, and diversity.
Skills
Compassion for working with individuals who use substances and experience mental health issues
Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
