What You’ll Do
  • Perform windshield and automotive glass repair and replacement on a variety of vehicles.
  • Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all company and manufacturer procedures.
  • Diagnose and assess damage to determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
  • Manage work orders efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
What You Bring
  • Previous experience in windshield repair and replacement (1+ years preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Certification or training in auto glass repair/replacement is an asset.
