Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day incidents and requests in Desktop and Remote Access environments.
• Provide status reports on managed systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with batch scripting, VB and PowerShell

Experience supporting Windows 10 and its components

Education

Graduate or postgraduate in Technology
