Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Film Installer to join our growing team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of a wide range of window film products including solar control, safety / security, decorative and custom graphic films. This role is hands‑on, requires precision, customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Installers may work on residential, commercial, and national account projects.

Key Responsibilities
Film Installation & Preparation
  • Install a variety of window film products (architectural, decorative, safety / security, and graphic film) with a high level of quality and precision.
  • Prepare work areas, clean glass surfaces, and ensure proper film adhesion.
  • Safely operate tools, lifts, and equipment required for installations.
  • Work on-site at residential, commercial, and institutional locations.
Technical & Project Support
  • Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective on‑site solutions.
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
Customer Service & Communication
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, sales representatives, and clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Worksite Management
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience installing window film, tint, vinyl graphics, or related glazing/finishing trades preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality workmanship.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding as required.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability on job sites.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate; motivation and willingness to learn are essential.
