Binx Professional Cleaning is seeking part-time staff for residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning in North Bay and surrounding areas. No experience is required as training is provided, and a company vehicle is available for those over 25 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning.
• Complete pressure washing including exteriors and surfaces.
• Clean gutters and ensure proper drainage.
• Conduct high dusting in commercial/industrial settings.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe working condition.
• Represent BINX professionally at job sites.
• Assist with marketing (yard signs, door hangers, events).
• Peak season: 2 Saturdays per month booked in advance.

Wage: $100 - $300per week, 1-2 days of work.

Job Type: Part-Time, permanent, option for full time during the summer.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning.
• Complete pressure washing including building exteriors, walkways, and surfaces.
• Perform gutter cleaning and ensure proper drainage.
• Conduct high dusting in commercial and industrial environments.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Represent BINX in a professional manner at all job sites.
• Assist in marketing as required (yard signs, door hangers, events, etc.).
• Peak season: Expect to work 2 Saturdays per month booked in advance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and insurance history with a clean drivers record.
• A company vehicle is provided; must be over 25 yrs old.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
• Physically able to lift, carry, and climb ladders (up to 75 lbs).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Cleaning or exterior maintenance experience. (Preferred but not required.)
