Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC is seeking an Administrative Support for the Wellness Centre program. The role involves day-to-day wellness data monitoring across Occupational, Non-Occupational and TLD processes for YOW3 associates, collaborating with Safety, Operations, PXT and Finance to ensure accurate data-driven results.

  • Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Austin and RTW Tool to maintain AA files and documentation.
  • Follow up with Senior Operations regarding outstanding paperwork.
  • Update Austin, RTW, Quip Trackers and Excel files.
  • Update Quip documents daily from Accommodations emails.
  • Maintain records on leave status and task assignments.
  • Update expired cases and report findings to Wellness.

The candidate will communicate, both written and orally, to assist in correcting continuous improvement of our Wellness process.

Key job responsibilities
  • Utilize Austin and RTW Tool to maintain accurate and up to date AA files and documentation
  • Follow up with Senior Operations regarding outstanding paperwork pending approval
  • Updating Austin, RTW, Quip Trackers and excel files
  • Update entire Quip document daily based on all e-mails received from Accommodations
  • Maintain records on associates are on leave, performing the correct task, or returned from leave
  • Update all expired cases and report findings to Wellness
  • Consistently update throughout entire shift in terms of new documentation sent for approval
  • Create excel trackers
  • Standard filing and organization of documentation within Wellness/Safety
  • Follow up with any missed communication via email between Wellness and Accommodations/SR Team/HR
  • POC for Senior Operations re: inquiries about cases/tasks for associates if no OMR available
  • Send end of shift email daily to SR Team and HR with any outstanding cases pending approval/delivery; weekly email involving number of associates in each task and Quip data for the week.
Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • High school or equivalent
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
