A healthcare organization is seeking a wholesale logistics assistant to provide logistical and administrative support for their operations in Newmarket. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, processing orders, and managing inventory of pharmaceutical products. Candidates need GCSEs in English and Maths, and must be self-motivated with basic knowledge of Excel and Word. The position offers flexible working hours between 20-30 hours per week.
Suffolk Primary Care is seeking a wholesale logistics assistant wanted to provide logistical, administrative and governance support to our wholesale operations based at Oakfield Surgery in Newmarket.
You will work closely with our small wholesale team to ensure the everyday smooth operation, efficient order processing, inventory management and customer service. The role involves receiving, checking and handling (packing) of pharmaceutical products.
No previous experience in this role is required, however the role requires an individual who is motivated and keen to learn. This position will require good numeracy skills and basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
The successful applicant will be self-motivating and willing to accept new tasks and challenges as the wholesale operation grows. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential qualities.
The working hours required will be between 20-30 hours per week.
