Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• University degree or equivalent work experience is essential.
• Experience as an instructor or training coordinator is an asset.
• Detailed oriented with research and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve training programs to enhance student performance.
• Onboard and train independent contractors and instructors.
• Set up and manage Regional Education Centers.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Travel required at least once per month to various locations.

Experience with the Life Licensing Qualification Program
