Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an EIT or Operations Planning Engineer for the Canadian Operations Planning West team. The role focuses on operational support and hydraulic capacity analysis of NGTL and Foothills gas pipeline systems, with opportunities to expand knowledge of the Canadian regulated pipeline business and natural gas industry.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating maintenance, reviewing outage procedures, and performing analytical assignments in a fast-paced real-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science or equivalent recognized by APEGA.
• Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer or Technologist with APEGA.
• 4–8 years or more of progressive relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support operation of NGTL and Foothills gas pipeline systems.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with internal departments and shippers.
• Prepare and review pipeline outage procedures.
