Wellness Studio Sales & Experience Manager

Compensation: $18.50 per hour plus commission

Hours Required: Approx. 25 hours, weekdays, weeknights and weekends

We’re looking for a Sales Associate who understands how to sell premium experiences—someone with the mindset of high‑end hospitality, the drive of a top performer, and the passion to build a thriving, engaged community.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and close membership sales, including lead generation, follow‑ups, and closing sales.
  • Conduct studio tours, addressing potential clients' needs and highlighting our unique offerings.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting and checking in clients and prospects.
  • Book and confirm introductory classes, ensuring a seamless scheduling experience.
  • Maintain personal sales goals and contribute to achieving studio sales targets.
  • Participate in special events (e.g., health fairs, grand openings) to promote the studio and engage with the community.
  • Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
