Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Canada is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance.

You will conduct wellness assessments, monitor health changes, participate in MAR/TAR audits, and collaborate with families, physicians and care teams to maintain high-quality care. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
