Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glasses and utensils by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Scrub pots and pans to ensure cleanliness.
• Polish utensils and glassware to a sanitary standard.
• Clean refrigerators, ovens and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure kitchen areas are clean and safe at all times.
• Empty garbage and transport waste to proper containers.
• Put away dishes in their proper places.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
