Job summary

Steve's Livestock Transport in Blumenort, MB is seeking a Welder for Sunday to Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am. You will maintain, repair and service trailers for our customers in a busy shop environment.

Aluminum welding experience is required, with skills in fastener work and mechanical assemblies. Truck/trailer repair is considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Aluminum welding experience is required.
• Proficient fastening and disassembly/assembly of mechanical components.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop.
• Truck/trailer repair experience is an asset.

Job description

BVT Truck & Trailer Repair, a division of Steve's Livestock Transport,is a diverse mechanic shop specializing in repairs and maintenance for all types of trucks and trailers as well as custom aluminum fabrication.

We are looking to add a Welder to our team in Blumenort, MB Sunday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am. The Welder is responsible to maintain, repair and service trailers for all our customers.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Aluminum welding experience required
• Material Fastening, disassembly and assembly of mechanical components.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Truck/Trailer repair skill considered an asset
