Job summary

Développement Lean Inc. in Lévis, QC, is seeking a skilled welder for permanent, full‑time work at our shop. You will read welding blueprints and drawings, interpret specifications and perform welds to exacting standards while maintaining equipment.

The position requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, a secondary school graduation certificate, and ability to work at the physical location. We offer free parking and a competitive hourly wage of 30–40 CAD, with a negotiable rate.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years welding experience.
• Ability to read welding blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to interpret manuals and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
• Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
• Fit, braze and torch-straighten metal.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment.
