Job Requirements

Perform welding tasks using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Operate welding equipment and related tools efficiently and safely.

Adhere to all safety guidelines, regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Handle and transport materials to and from the work area as needed.

Diagnose and resolve welding issues and equipment malfunctions.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions and environments.

Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and potentially in remote or harsh conditions.

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a welder, preferably in an oilfield or industrial setting.

Relevant welding certifications (e.g., CWB, AWS) are required.

Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
