A youth rehabilitation organization in Shelburne seeks dedicated staff to support at-risk students in their daily activities and therapeutic processes. Responsibilities include leading life-skills training, facilitating therapeutic programs, and participating in community events. Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to personal growth. Salary: $24/hour
The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, communication, and positive role modeling skills. This position reports to the Team Therapist and Program Manager with responsibilities that include but are not limited to organizing, leading, and participating in student’s daily academic work, recreational and therapeutic activities.
