Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Warehouse General Labour candidate for a Saturday/Sunday shift in Mississauga. You will check, assemble, and label orders, verify quantities and lot codes, and support inventory audits. The role requires RF scanner use, accuracy with data, and ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly.

Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential, along with reliable, safe work practices and adherence to company policies. The position is on-site in Canada.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year warehouse experience in a General Labour position.
• Proven ability to operate a computer keyboard with data accuracy; read English.
• Experience with RF scanner and basic warehouse systems is an asset.
• Able to lift, on average, 30 lbs repeatedly and safely.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Check and assemble product according to customer order requirements.
• Consolidate product using RF and Workstation.
• Print/Produce Shipping Labels and Check Verification sheets from RP Workstation.
• Validate accuracy of product, quantity and lot codes picked for each order.
• Assist in inventory audits and maintain a clean, secure work area.
• Dispose of scrap materials in proper containers and designated areas.
• Demonstrate respect for company values while upholding policies.
