Job summary

Securiguard Services Ltd. is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a high-profile commercial office tower in Edmonton. You will oversee on-site operations, mentor a team, and ensure safety and policy compliance on weekends from 7 am to 7 pm.

The role requires Alberta Security Worker License, at least 1 year of supervisory experience in security, and strong customer service skills. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with full-time weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in high-profile security.
• Over 1 year customer service experience, such as commercial/hospital setting.
• Valid Alberta Security Worker License.
• Occupational First Aid I and WHMIS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site team operations and enforce site policies.
• Provide First Aid, CPR, and AED support when required.
• Monitor security systems; report deficiencies and coordinate repairs.
• Manage access requests and enforce SOPs.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring and daily camera checks.
• Schedule staff and ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
• Maintain incident reports and communicate updates to client.
