Qualifications

• 0–1 year administrative-related experience required
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel required
• Previous scheduling experience preferred
• Procura experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical functions including typing, filing, copying and mailing
• Enter data into templates and run reports
• Coordinate scheduling of clinical field staff hours and respond to scheduling inquiries
• Assist with payroll data entry and collaborate with Payroll Coordinator
• Provide reception and phone duties for the program
• Support program documentation, file management and deliveries
