A global leader in animal health is seeking a Production Supervisor for weekend shifts in Guelph, Ontario. This role is responsible for managing production quality and safety while supervising a team of operators. The ideal candidate should have a post-secondary degree and at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or food industry. Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a leadership role is required.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical/veterinary or food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in separator, Ultra filters, bioreactors.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8 to 10 operators.
• Ensure standards are applied and the environment is safe.
• Analyze objections and liaise with CI and maintenance.
