This role will support recruiting objectives, in finding world-class talent for our organization. The Infrastructure Recruiter position reports to our HR Business Director, supporting all North America (U.S. & Canada) hiring initiatives. This recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates. The desired candidate will manage strong strategic sourcing strategies and put those in place to hire quality candidates from beginning to end. This person will focus on 60% sourcing, and 40% other recruiting projects, including some administrative duties within the recruiting cycle. Our field operations support a variety of critical roles in horizontal infrastructure (roads, highways, tunnels & bridges) and this role will support everything from staff to senior level positions. Success of this role this will be managed through daily use sourcing methods, applicant system mining, trade and college recruiting, daily use of social media & other sourcing technology to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent. The successful candidate for this role with have a proven track record of identifying and executing creative sourcing methods to build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates.
