Webber, a Ferrovial company, is hiring licensed AZ and DZ Equipment Operators for full-time and seasonal opportunities across Ontario. Join a leading infrastructure contractor and contribute to winter road maintenance and summer projects in Pembroke, Kanata, and Carlsbad Spring.

You will operate snowplows and sanding equipment, support highway and infrastructure maintenance, and participate in emergency rotations.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ or DZ license required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset.
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Reliable and ready to support road maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplows and sanding equipment during winter operations.
• Perform road maintenance including highways, bridges, and infrastructure.
• Participate in emergency response rotations as required.
• Support summer maintenance activities when applicable.

Webber is actively hiring licensed AZ and DZ Equipment Operators for both full-time and seasonal opportunities across Ontario.

Locations:

Pembroke, Kanata, Carlsbad Spring
