A construction company in Canada is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to assist in managing maintenance work and coordinating with subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the construction industry, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in MS Office. Assist with identifying or verifying required maintenance work, interpreting contracts, scheduling and coordinating in‑house or sub‑contractor work and ensuring work meets contract specifications. Assists with ensuring all aspects of the contract are coordinated and completed in a timely, efficient, effective and profitable manner.
