Job summary

La Vie en Rose Canada is seeking a dedicated team member for a permanent part-time role responsible for processing product orders placed on the company website. Under store management supervision, you will read emails, verify orders, pull items, prep them for shipment, and communicate with related departments.

You are organized, detail-oriented and meticulous; you can work under pressure in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Process product orders placed on the company website under store supervision.
• Read and reply to related department emails to fulfill online orders.
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products; remove tags and prepare for shipment.
• Receive and validate products from stores to complete orders; prepare weekly supply orders.
• Keep work area clean and follow head office policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties to support the team as needed.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for processing product orders placed on the company website. To complete your work efficiently and professionally, you will need to:

• Read and reply to emails from related departments in order to process online orders;
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products—remove hangers, check each item for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, place protected labels on products that need them and remove sales labels as needed;
• Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders via our computer system (we’ll show you how during your training!);
• Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders;
• Prepare the supply order each week;
• Keep your work area clean and tidy;
• Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support your team.
