PS Consulters delivers website design, build, hosting, and maintenance projects for municipal and public sector clients across Canada, and is expanding its delivery bench ahead of a strong pipeline of web work: single-municipality redesigns, multi-site programs where one platform serves many small municipalities, and large replatforming projects consolidating aging site portfolios onto modern, accessible stacks. Public sector web work has a specific character worth understanding before applying. Accessibility is not a nice-to-have; WCAG 2.x AA conformance is contractual and tested. Content belongs to communications teams, so editorial experience must be genuinely usable by non-technical staff. And launches are followed by years of maintenance, which means the developer who builds carelessly inherits the consequences. PS Consulters looks for developers who treat those constraints as craft rather than friction.

Projects are contracted through PS Consulters at competitive market rates, hourly or per-deliverable depending on the project; applicants state rate expectations. All delivery is remote. This is an anticipated contract role tied to an active public sector procurement. Start dates depend on award and onboarding timelines.
