OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Junior Web Content Publisher with hands‑on experience in Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia to support business‑as‑usual (BAU) digital publishing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional partners—including design, marketing, product, and development teams—to publish, maintain, and optimize web content across the client’s digital properties.

This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with CMS platforms, and is comfortable supporting daily content operations for a large enterprise organization.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Contract Length: 6 Months (Extension or FTE Conversion Possible)
Hours: 9 AM–5 PM EST

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Publish, update, and maintain digital content using Contentful.
  • Organize and manage digital assets within Bynder.
  • Optimize site search functionalities using Algolia.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and development teams to ensure accurate and timely content delivery.
  • Conduct routine content audits, identify issues, and implement fixes.
  • Ensure all published content meets brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Support day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth BAU execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1–2 years of web content publishing or digital content management experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Bilingual English/French is a strong asset.
Preferred
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe AEM or OpenText WEM.
  • Basic graphic design capabilities and foundational SEO knowledge.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
