The role will involve coaching and consulting advisory teams to enhance performance and align with best practices in the wealth management industry. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of wealth management experience and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Toronto, Ontario.

Qualifications

• 10+ years wealth management industry experience, notably in the brokerage industry.
• Certification as a coach and/or ICF accredited is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective productivity coaching to advisory teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert in consulting.
• Develop and lead formal development programs and consultations.

Skills

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to influence others

Experience in facilitation, consulting/coaching

Building and maintaining strategic relationships

Education

University education or equivalent
