RBC is seeking a Financial Planner, Investment and Retirement Planning to build and maintain relationships with mass affluent clients, delivering personalized investment solutions and ongoing reviews. You’ll prospect, network, and collaborate with internal partners to grow a portfolio while providing holistic financial planning and trusted advice.

This role offers competitive base plus variable compensation, full benefits, and a dynamic team within BC West markets.

Join RBC's unique financial planning platform in one of two expert financial planning roles: As an RBC Financial Planner, Investment and Retirement Planning, you develop relationships with and create custom investment solutions for prospective and existing RBC clients. Alongside your own prospecting and networking activity, you are fully supported by internal partners who send client referrals your way. As an RBC Financial Planner, you have the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of mass affluent clients. You provide ongoing comprehensive reviews of your clients’ financial circumstances, creating long-term relationships through superior advice, financial planning expertise, and ongoing services. Your boundless energy to meet targets and your passion for holistic financial planning is what pushes you to provide world-class advice and solutions that help clients achieve their long-term goals. With a combination of base plus variable compensation, you can create the future you want for yourself and for the clients you advise. Salaried + Variable Compensation.
