Job summary

A major financial institution in Montreal is seeking summer interns for various Administrative Assistant roles within the Wealth Management team. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting Advisors and assisting in client services. Successful candidates will be bilingual in English and French, possess strong Microsoft Office skills, and demonstrate exceptional client service skills. Qualifications

  • Must be returning to school after the work term end-date or require the work term to graduate.
  • Strong client service skills presented as professional, warm, and friendly.
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors.
  • Provide proactive client service and problem resolution.
  • Assist with client onboarding and maintenance of accounts.
  • Ensure accurate updates of documentation.
  • Support the advisor team in Wealth Management activities.
  • Conduct research and provide project support.
  • Answer inquiries regarding products and services.

Skills

English and French bilingualism
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
High level of time management and organization skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated world-class client service skills

Education

Enrollment in a relevant education program
Canadian Securities Course (Nice to have)
Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (Nice to have)
