Job summary

Banque Nationale du Canada is seeking a Wealth Management Analyst within Investment Operations in Montreal. You will own and analyze requests related to investment products and transactions, validate information, and ensure follow-up with partners to maintain high-quality service.

You will collaborate with front-line teams, perform analyses, and contribute to process improvements and tools, supporting a client-centric operating model and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three-year college diploma in a relevant field or a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Basic knowledge of operations, administration, financial services, or a regulated environment is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Knowledge of investments or financial markets is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of, analyze, process, and follow up on requests related to investment products and transactions.
• Gather, compile, and validate required information in accordance with established procedures, controls, quality standards, and priorities.
• Perform routine analyses using the available models, methods, and tools.
• Research relevant information, make the necessary connections, and propose approaches suited to the situations encountered.
• Identify discrepancies, risks, or exceptions and promptly escalate them to the appropriate level.
• Understand the need behind the request and collaborate with front-line Wealth Management teams and internal partners to facilitate its resolution.
