Job summary

Dynamic Funds, a Scotiabank subsidiary, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue and service existing clients for Dynamic products. You will work with the Wholesaler, conduct outbound calls, and manage CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.

You will need a Bachelor's in Commerce/Finance or Business Admin, CSC/IFIC or CFP/CIM, and at least five years in sales with territory management. Bilingual skills are an asset; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CSC or IFIC certification; CFP or CIM.
• Bilingual is an asset.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of management experience and managing a territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and develop new business with Dynamic products and service existing clients.
• Maintain outbound call activity to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Archive and share product, policy and process information with clients.
• Coordinate with the Wholesaler to align priorities and tasks.
• Prepare and deliver broadcasts and marketing communications to advisors.
• Use CRM (OOD) to document calls and survey results and track progress.
• Participate in meetings to share feedback and drive regional sales targets.
• Assist in developing strategic business plans for the year and review quarterly.
