Job summary

FP Inc. in Downtown Toronto is seeking a BA/Operations Analyst for Wealth Management to ensure quarterly client statements are produced on time and meet strict quality standards.

The role involves data reviews in Mpower, reconciliation of statements, and collaboration with Portfolio Managers to ensure timely testing and reporting. The position is a 6-month contract onsite at two offices in downtown Toronto.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a BA or Operations Analyst within FI.
• In-depth understanding of the Canadian Investment Industry with exposure to U.S. and global markets.
• 3+ years of UAT testing and regression testing.
• 3+ years of experience with Wealth Management.
• Strong proficiency with MS Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all quarterly client statements are run, printed, reviewed and sent to clients on time.
• Review the accuracy of client portfolios by running data clean reports in Mpower and address discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers for timely delivery of statement testing.
• Provide support to ensure security trades are input accurately within time restraints.
• Update and review client profiles to ensure accurate set up.
