Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada is seeking a client-focused professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with members and clients within the caisse. You will listen to needs, offer tailored advice, and manage satisfaction and service quality while staying current with market trends and regulatory changes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of relevant experience, a mutual fund certificate (AMF) and fluency in French, plus knowledge of tax, financial and succession planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Knowledge of current financial, economic, political and legislative events.
• Specialized knowledge of tax, financial and succession issues for individuals and businesses.
• Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services and related networks.
• Knowledge of debt management.
• Knowledge of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services.
• Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives.
• Knowledge of Desjardins policies, legislation and standards.
