Job summary

BMO invites co-op/intern students in Toronto to join our campus program designed to help you grow from day one. You will work across business groups, gain practical experience, and contribute to real projects while receiving mentorship and access to BMO Academy and employee resource groups.

You will develop core office skills, participate in budgeting and administrative tasks, learn risk and controls, and build a network through events and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience preferred, as part of campus program.
• Certificate in Office Administration is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, controls, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Provides general office support and clerical tasks for one or more business groups.
• Coordinates and schedules work, forecasts resources, and tracks quality.
• Maintains filing systems and databases and processes documents.
• Prepares funding approval requests and tracks department budgets.
• Schedules meetings, travel, and coordinates AV and catering.
• Responds to inquiries and drafts communications for the team.
