Job summary

BMO Wealth Sales & Service is seeking a client-focused professional to support Investment Advisors and IA teams, handling day-to-day administration and client requests. You will book meetings, prepare introductory packages, and help with portfolio reviews and client communications.

In this role you will manage client inquiries, assist with trades and transfers, and ensure documentation is up-to-date. A strong understanding of investment processes and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of investment processes and procedures.
• Experience with administrative and documentation workflows in wealth services.
• Knowledge of compliance practices and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Investment Advisors with client service and account management.
• Schedule portfolio reviews and coordinate client meetings and calls.
• Process transfers, wires and new account setup with accuracy.
• Maintain client databases and generate routine reports.
• Support technology use and respond to client inquiries and issues.
