Job summary

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is seeking an Associate to support wealth advisors by delivering exceptional client service and coordinating activities across clients and colleagues. The role emphasizes collaboration in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment with flexible leave to support work-life balance.

You will analyze client accounts, prepare for business development, and process transactions while opening and updating client files.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in banking operations, customer service, or administration.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Organizational and priority management skills.

Your team:

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. Reporting to the regional manager, you will team up with a wealth advisor to offer an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and partnership will be key to your success.
