This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and collaboration within a supportive team. Ideal candidates have post-secondary education in Financial Management or Business Administration and at least 3 years in a similar administrative role

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry-related experience.
• Experience in investment brokerage/financial services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Proactive problem solving.
• Support clients’ day-to-day administrative and trade requests in a timely and confidential manner.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and respond to information requests.
• Schedule meetings, prepare for discussions, and follow up.
• Manage paperwork and head office correspondence; handle new client account openings.
• Process and follow up on security transactions and transfers; enter trades for Financial Advisors and clients.
