Job summary

Thrive Wealth Management, a wealth management subsidiary of Conexus Credit Union, is seeking two Wealth Specialists to join our Regina team. You will help clients with holistic wealth planning and investment advice, building a new book of business through referrals and proactive prospecting.

Collaborate with credit union partners and internal colleagues to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

Qualifications

• Investments and financial services experience required.
• Post-secondary degree in business, finance or related field.
• IFIC or Canadian Securities Course and eligible to sell mutual funds.
• CFP designation or eligibility to obtain is required.
• Demonstrated sales results in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business through referrals and prospecting.
• Provide holistic wealth advice and planning to clients.
• Build relationships with credit union partners to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored wealth solutions.
• Actively network to build referrals and introductions.
• Maintain professional brand and consistent client engagement.
