Overview

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven Finance Manager to join our dealership family. We are looking for a candidate with experience in an automotive dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve high levels of sales penetration of products such as extended warranties, finance, insurance and other products sold through the business office
  • Prepare all documentation connected with the sale and delivery of vehicles in an accurate and legal manner and in accordance with dealership policies
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of activity related to the sale of business office products
  • Ensure maximum approval rate on customers applying for financing or leasing by making use of all available financial contacts and resources
  • Verify insurance on all customers’ vehicles and any other transactions
  • Follow up on proceeds from finance sources to ensure prompt payment
  • Provide Product Advisors with information to support the finance and insurance office
  • Process credit applications as required
  • Prepare financing and legal documentation for the purchase of vehicles/aftermarket products
  • Create and sustain solid business relationships with lending institutions and customers in order to create repeat business
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience in the dealership is preferred, with proven track record
  • Valid Ontario G class Driver's License and clean Driver’s Abstract
  • OMVIC license is required
  • This is an excellent income potential position and remuneration is based on how much effort you put into the position
  • Experience with Era Ignite is an asset

Note: Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Finance Manager, Sub Prime, Non Prime, Business Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Automotive, FNI, F&I
