Responsibilities

• Daily oversight and coaching of site inspectors.
• Lead with respect to Health and Safety.
• Monitor project conformance with plans and regulations.
• Ensure construction activities meet cost, schedule, and quality standards.
• Review payment requests from Contractors.
• Communicate site issues to the Project Manager.
• Provide public relations support as needed.
• Update Project Manager on project progress.
• Review change orders and field orders.
• Maintain project-related documentation.
