Ambipar’s Industrial Services division seeks skilled operators to manage equipment in Western Canada, ensuring safety and efficiency on drilling, pipeline HDD, and related projects. The role requires the ability to operate trucks and maintain equipment to high standards.

You will participate in daily safety meetings, complete logbooks and pre-trips, and uphold all safety policies while maintaining certifications and site orientations as required.

Competenze

Class 1 or 3 license with air brakes is required.
13 or 18 speed manual transmission experience is required.
Instructor-certified First Aid & H2S Alive are required.
Confined Space experience is an asset.
Water truck operating experience is an asset.

Mansioni

Operate equipment as per company and customer expectations.
Maintain equipment per company and manufacturer requirements.
Complete Daily Field Tickets, Logbooks, Pre-trips, Hazard Assessments.
Attend daily safety meetings.
Follow the safety program and all policies and procedures.
Maintain valid safety tickets and site orientations as required.

Ambipar’s Industrial Services division operates a large fleet of modern Vacuum, Combo, Hydrovac, Water, Gravel & Winch Units across Alberta, British Columbia & Saskatchewan. Our services are utilized on many different projects ranging from Downhole Drilling, Pipeline HDD, Daylighting and Civil Construction Projects.

While operating our units you will have 24/7 support from our Maintenance, Safety and Operations Departments.

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment as per company and customer expectations
Maintain equipment in accordance with company and manufacturer requirements
Complete Daily Field Tickets, Logbooks, Pre-trips, Hazard Assessments
Attend daily safety meetings
Follow the safety program, including all policies, procedures and practices
Maintain valid safety tickets & site orientations as required

Qualification and Competencies:

Class 1 or 3 Drivers License with Air Brakes
13 or 18 Speed Transmission experience (must be able to drive manual transmission)
Clean drivers abstract
Instructor certified First Aid & H2S Alive
Confined Space
PCST, PST, CSTS, Fall Protection, Ground Disturbance are considered assets
Water Truck Operating Experience on Drilling Rig & Pipeline HDD Projects considered an asset
Ability to pass pre-employment Fit to Work & Drug & Alcohol Testing
