Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the transportation sector with a focus on alternative delivery methods.
• Proven history of business development, winning and delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in strategic teaming, pricing structures, and contract negotiations with top-tier transportation contractors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with collaborative, inclusive leadership and high ethical standards.
• Strong client focus and commitment to innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Proven track record of collaboration in diverse, inclusive teams toward technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategy & Execution across the Water Sector.
• Manage Full Project Lifecycles for complex DB initiatives from concept through construction.
• Lead High-Impact Pursuits by building strategic pursuit teams, shaping pricing and contract terms, and forming successful joint ventures.
• Forge Strong Relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Promote TYLin's Expertise at industry events, CRM-driven outreach, and through a strong business development track record.
• Oversee Active DB Projects, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
