Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort in Brampton, ON is seeking a Water Heater Installer to professionally install water heaters and tankless equipment and to maintain HVAC systems for residential customers.

You will participate in training of new installers and contribute to growth through lead generation while representing a trusted home comfort leader with a commitment to safety and quality.

What do you bring?

• Licensed Gas Technician 2 and valid Class G Driver's license
• Diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills for residential equipment.
• Physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
• In addition, ability to lift and maneuver water heaters with the assistance of material handling equipment.
• Ability to understand/learn new technologies (i.e. Electronics/electricity).
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem -solving skills.
• Must have outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Very punctual and dependable.
• Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard (where applicable).
• Ability to take direction and work with a minimal amount of supervision.
• Be willing and able to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required, including weekends.
