Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in engineering and construction of municipal water or pipeline infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of water system design, planning, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s Engineer for Asset Protection and Land Agreements.
• Review and update Volume 4 (Water) Design and Construction Standards.
• Evaluate external submissions for impacts on water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Oversee and authenticate in-house water pipe asset designs.
