Position: Full-Time Watchmaker Location: Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada (Primarily on-site for assembly and service, with flexibility for client consultations, e.g., 10% remote)

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble NOVO's premium, limited-edition timepieces from precision components, ensuring every detail tells a story of flawless function and aesthetic depth.
  • Conduct meticulous quality checks, including timing refinements and tests for durability, and precision.
  • Service and restore NOVO watches, resolving issues with mechanical and automatic movements using specialized tools.
  • Partner with our design and engineering teams to evolve assembly techniques and infuse innovative ideas into upcoming collections, leveraging tools like Shapr3D and Fusion for CAD exploration.
  • Keep thoughtful records of your work, upholding NOVO's commitment to excellence and intention in every step.
  • Occasionally connect with discerning clients to explore bespoke elements, sharing technical insights with warmth and clarity.
  • Contribute to our vibrant team culture as our newest Watchmaker, embracing passionate positivity and creative problem-solving.
  • This role thrives in an inspiring, hands-on environment. Anticipate a balanced 40-hour week, with occasional peaks during collection launches.

  • Warm, engaging presence with strong communication, fostering meaningful relationships with clients and team alike—we cherish this above all.

  • Based in or open to relocating to Lethbridge, Alberta.
