Job summary
A wastewater treatment innovation firm is seeking a Wastewater Process Engineer. This role involves developing and executing wastewater process test plans, troubleshooting plants, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Engineering and has over 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment design and R&D. This position offers a collaborative environment with regular field visits and some international travel.
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience in wastewater treatment design, R&D or consulting.
- Professional Engineering License or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong background in biological wastewater treatment fundamentals is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate new and existing processes for advanced wastewater treatment.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for testing equipment procurement.
- Prepare and maintain weekly update summary reports.
