Your place in our story

The Waste Management Worker is responsible for contributing to best-in-class customer experience by performing general clean-up of all areas of the property as assigned by the Property Manager.

Heres how youll contribute

• Performs general clean up off all exterior and interior waste disposal locations
• Transports furniture and other discarded large items to central disposal area using company provided vehicle
• Empties garbage bins from interiorof apartment buildings into exterior dumpsters
• Maintains all pet waste stations throughout the property
• Assist maintenance staff with transporting and delivering appliances
• Maintain and exceed our product standards by reporting anycommon area deficiencies
• Liaise with Administrators Property Managers and Contractors to ensure proper waste disposal procedures are being followed
• Delivery of correspondence to residents
• Available to residents for general inquiries about living in their suite building and community;
• Other duties as required

Education : High school diploma is required.

Experience : A minimum of oneyearof relevant work experience
